A New Spin on Coffee Culture Hits Bonita Springs

Coffee, Vinyl Records and Groovy Vibes concept opens its doors this December BONITA SPRINGS, Fl. (December 9, 2025) — Bonita Springs is about to experience a new fusion of bold flavors and vintage sound. Disco Bean Coffee Company will host its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. on Monday, December 29, at its Bonita Springs location: 9124 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.

This retro-inspired concept blends specialty Colombian coffee, music culture, and late-night ambiance into one family-friendly destination. Its speakeasy-style atmosphere transports guests back in time while they enjoy freshly sourced coffee, tea, beer and wine, hand-scooped ice cream, donuts, grab and go sandwiches, and a full vinyl record shop featuring new artists, classics and rare finds.

Disco Bean Coffee Company will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to midnight, and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“I wanted to create a place where coffee and music live in the same moment,” says founder Patty Amandis, also known as DJ Pat Pat. “I’ve spent my life behind the decks, and this is me bringing that energy into a space where people can connect, slow down, and enjoy great coffee and great music together.”

Pat Pat brings more than 27 years of professional DJ experience to the concept. Her career has taken her around the world, curating radio shows, creating soundscapes for cruise lines, performing at festivals, and headlining major corporate events. She has also shared stages and played alongside well-known international artists throughout her career. Disco Bean Coffee Company reflects her personal vision for a space that blends culture, community, and creativity.
